“ Wow! Like I'm so sorry I haven't posted this review sooner I absolutely love this place Always a pleasant aroma and some great gluten free twists on classic dishes. I'm avoiding sweets but going here sometimes just can't help myself I found these great folks through my niece and here's hoping others don't need such connections to find this gem, however I'd be well within my right to say and keep this off the grid but they even had decaf and it was delightful, no bitterness. Friendly and polite. Maybe by chance my last visit for eggs benny had a little heart on the plate. I know it wasn't put there on purpose, but it goes to the vibe here, Cheers! ”

Having a husband that is a red seal chef, I don’t find much enjoyment at most places since I’m spoiled at home. This place however, I will be bringing him to! “ First time visiting CB since we moved to Kamloops last month. We dined in for breakfast. Breakfast tacos, waffle benedict (bacon and apple), coffee, service...it was all absolutely fantastic. We also picked up a couple pieces of cheesecake for dessert after dinner. Peanut butter brownie cheesecake and champagne strawberry cheesecake. Amazing...delicious. This bistro/bakery is 100% gluten free...and if you didn't know that, you wouldn't know. This is one of those businesses that you want to shout about from the rooftops; but at the same time not because you want to get a seat when you go. CB will definitely be a go-to for us on a regular basis. ”
“ FINALLY a place that not only sells gluten free desserts, but creates mouthwatering delicious masterpieces! I cannot believe how phenomenal the desserts, breads, flatbreads, pies, tarts and muffins are. We sampled most of the little treats and they are all amazing. You wouldn't know this place sold exclusively gluten free items, they're THAT good. Plus, the owners were so pleasant when we dined in for a treat. Personable, quick, attentive. And compared to grocery store gluten free options, the prices at the Bistro & Bakery were very affordable. Can't wait to visit again to try lunch or breakfast! ”
